How we get the personal information and why we have it
You provide us with your email address and first name when signing up to our mailing list. This might be through the ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’ link at the bottom of our website, or through a link provided within a marketing email.
We use this information to send you email newsletters and other forms of electronic marketing.
You provide us with your full name, email address and other items shown in the list (2) above when filling out a booking form to book a place on a course or session.
We use this information to run our sessions. For example to contact you about the session, to make sure we are aware of relevant medical conditions during the session and if necessary to contact your In Case of Emergency contact.
